At The Diamond Factory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original packaging, including all certificates and tags, to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects and approves the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
